2. How do I order online?
Place your items in the basket by clicking the purchase button and proceed to the check out where you will be asked to complete information about yourself, where the book is to be delivered and your credit card details.
All orders are in Pounds sterling.

4. How do I return a faulty product?
Providing that the goods you purchased are perfect and in their original condition we are happy to exchange the unwanted items that are returned within 15 working days of the delivery of your order.
A full refund will be given for the returned items, providing that they are in their original condition, however, any postage costs incurred in the process of returning the delivered items will be at your own cost.
There will be no credit given in the circumstance that the goods are damaged in transit.

- Your order number, with a copy of your invoice and
- Specify, with as much detail as possible, which items you are requesting to be exchanged.
Once the 15 working days from the delivery of your order has ended Moss Green Children’s Books will accept items for return when the item was found to be damaged or faulty.
Should this occur Moss Green Children’s Books will either replace the item or provide you with a refund including postage costs. We will wait to receive the faulty copy before you can be reimbursed as you have requested.
In the unlikely circumstance that the goods have been incorrectly supplied as there has been an error in the order fulfillment, Moss Green Children’s Books will make a full refund which will include the postage costs.
In the circumstance that the item you have purchased does not meet your requirements then the ordered item will be refunded, but the postage costs will be paid for by the customer, subject to the following conditions.
- The items are returned within 15 days of receipt in the UK, 50 days of receipt in Europe and 90 days of receipt in any country outside the UK and Europe.
- The proviso is that the item must be in immaculate and re saleable condition and accompanied by a copy of the delivery note or the receipt.

7. Who developed the Criteria for the Green rating system?
The criteria was created with Sixth formers from Reading Girls School who working with mentors from Reading University.
8. How does the green rating system work?
We have created SIX different levels of green, from “NOT Green” to “All Green”. There are specific criteria for each of these levels, which you can see on the Green Ratings page. Please let us know if you think we’ve left any important criteria out, or if you think we can improve our ratings system in any way.’
