Returns Policy

MOSS Green Children’s Books wants you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. Providing that the goods you purchased are in perfect and their original condition we are happy to exchange the unwanted items that are returned within 15 working days of the delivery of your order.

There will be no credit given in the circumstances that the goods are damaged in transit.

This policy is in accordance with the UK Distance Selling Regulations. Please note that any postage costs incurred when returning items will be at your own cost.

It is necessary to make a telephone call MOSS Green Children’s books on + 44 (0) 207 373 0945 to obtain authorisation to make the return.

Please send the item to this address: Returns Department, MOSS Green Children’s Books, 42 Tregunter Road London SW10 9LQ, United Kingdom. And enclose a note quoting;

1. Your order number, with a copy of your invoice and
2. Specify, with as much detail as possible, which items you are requesting to be exchanged.

Once the 15 working days from the delivery of your order has ended MOSS Green Children’s Books will accept items for return when the item was found to be damaged or faulty.

Should this occur MOSS Green Children’s Books will either replace the item or provide you with a refund including postage costs. We will wait to receive the faulty copy before you can be reimbursed as you have requested.

In the unlikely circumstances that the goods have been incorrectly supplied as there has been an error in the order fulfilment, MOSS Green Children’s Books will make a full refund which will include the postage costs.

In the circumstances that the item you have purchased does not meet your requirements then the ordered item will be refunded, but the postage costs will be paid for by the customer, subject to the following conditions.

1. The items are returned within 15 days of receipt in the UK, 50 days of receipt in Europe and 90 days of receipt in any country outside the UK and Europe.
2. The proviso is that the item must be in immaculate and re saleable condition and accompanied by a copy of the delivery note or the receipt.
3. The only other condition is that items must be returned in their original packaging to MOSS Green Children’s Books, 42 Tregunter Road, London SW10 9LQ, England
4. All returns are accepted at the discretion of MOSS Green Children’s Books and refunds will be made in the same currency and by the same means as the original payment.

It is necessary to allow for 15 working days in addition to the delivery time for the returned goods to be processed.
